Shipping policy

We can ship our products worldwide. You can see the exact cost of shipping from the checkout screen once you add the products you want to your cart and enter your shipping address.

Customer outside of the United States: As an importer of a good into your country, you (the customer) are responsible for all customs duties, value added taxes, or import taxes to your country and/or state. Please check with your customs office prior to ordering so that you know what to expect ahead of time. We use the harmonization code 8479.89.9499. Because there are so many different countries and tax rates, we are unable to give you specific advice. Again, please contact your customs office prior to ordering.

FarmBot Inc. is not responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, fees, penalties, or other charges relating to the import of a FarmBot product into the customer's country. Furthermore, FarmBot Inc is not responsible for the import brokerage or management release of the FarmBot packages from customs to the customer. You, the customer, are responsible for making arrangements for the importation of the packages and hire the appropriate import brokers or customs agents. You are also responsible to pay special attention to the automated e-mails relating to the tracking of the FarmBot packages and to take appropriate actions during the import process. Any additional duties, taxes, fees, penalties, or other charges incurred on packages that remain in customs are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. FarmBot Inc. will not issue a refund relating to complications in the import process. 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an automated email with the tracking link. Tracking information may take a few hours to update.

Because we are still a very small company, we only ship products out every two weeks. Usually we ship towards the end of the week on a Thursday or Friday. We hope to increase our shipping frequency to every week over the coming year, but until then we appreciate your patience.

Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery time will vary depending on the final destination:
- Western United States will take 1 to 4 business days
- Eastern United States will take 4 to 6 business days
- Canada will take 4 to 8 business days
- All other countries will take 7 to 15 business days

Customs clearance and unforeseen delays may make shipments take up to an additional 7 to 15 business days.
